Selling Terms :

BASICALLY, THERE ARE TWO ALTERNATIVES FOR THE SALE OF THIS PROJECT:

1º) SALE OF THE PLOT WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND THE BUILDING PROJECT FULLY APPROVED BY THE RONDA TOWN HALL. THE BUYER WILL HAVE TO IMPLEMENT THE INVESTMENT NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT THE WORKS.

THE BALANCE OF THE PRICE AFTER 90 DAYS TOGETHER WITH THE SIGNATURE OF THE PURCHASE DEED AND THE DELIVERY OF THE FULL DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING THE PROJECT’S APPROVAL AND THE WORKS LICENCE, BOTH GRANTED BY THE RONDA TOWN HALL. THE NOTARIAL EXPENSES WILL BE PAID BY THE PARTIES AS DETERMINED BY LAW.

PRICE: € 700.000 PLUS TAXES
PAYMENT METHOD: RESERVE DEPOSIT € 70.000.

2º) SALE OF THE PLOT WITH THE PROJECT COMPLETELY DEVELOPED AND FINISHED, AND THE APPROVAL OF ALL THE NECESSARY LICENCES, WITH THE BUILDING AND THE PLANTATION WORKS FULLY CARRIED OUT, KEY IN HAND. IN THIS CASE A MEMOIRE DESCRIBING THE MATERIALS USED WILL BE ENCLOSED.

PRICE: € 1.550.000 PLUS TAXES.

PAYMENT METHOD: RESERVE DEPOSIT € 155.000

Cortijo Ronda

AFTER 90 DAYS AND TOGETHER WITH THE SIGNATURE OF THE PURCHASE DEED, ANOTHER € 600.000.
THE BALANCE OF THE PRICE WILL BE PAID BY THE BUYER ACCORDING TO THE PROPER WORKS CERTIFICATES CORRESPONDING TO EACH STAGE IN THE EXECUTION OF THE PROJECT.

EXECUTION TERM: 18 MONTHS AS FROM THE SIGNING OF THE PRIVATE DOCUMENT RELATED TO THE RESERVE DEPOSIT.

FEES FOR BROKERS:

1rst ALTERNATIVE, ONLY THE SALE OF THE PLOT, € 70.000

2nd ALTERNATIVE, SALE OF PLOT AND PROYECT, € 95.000

THEY WILL BE PAID JOINTLY WITH THE SIGNATURE OF THE CORRESPONDING PURCHASE DEED. .
